How we work
We don't keep inventory. The moment your order is placed, it goes to print — your shirt didn't exist before you bought it, and it won't exist after. This is what makes each piece meaningful, and it's also why our return policy works a little differently than a traditional store.
We partnered with Printful to handle printing and fulfillment. If something goes wrong on their end, they make it right. If something goes wrong on yours, we'll do our best to help within what's possible.
What we cover
If your shirt arrives damaged, has a print defect, or isn't what you ordered — we'll make it right, no questions asked. You choose: a free reprint or a full refund.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll ask for a photo of the issue — this helps us report it to Printful and fix things faster.
What we can't do
Because every shirt is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
We know this can be frustrating, and we're sorry we can't do more. Our best advice: use the size guide on the product page, and when in doubt, size up. Bella + Canvas tees run true to size but can shrink slightly after washing.
If you ordered the wrong size, reach out anyway — we'll see what we can do.
Argentine consumers are protected under Ley 24.240 de Defensa del Consumidor. This includes the right to receive products as described and to seek remedy for defective goods. If you believe your consumer rights have not been met, you may contact Defensa del Consumidor.
